Brand guardians

Suttons & Robertsons; a pawnbroking, loan, and luxury retail brand, came to us to revive their brand and to reassert their position as London’s oldest serving pawnbrokers – a brand that should command authority and trust – whilst positioning pawnbroking as a traditional and responsible way of accessing funds.

We became the brand guardians of Suttons & Robertsons during their expansion to 10 stores (including a launch in Madrid); refining the guidelines for use across the company, assisting in branding the retail spaces, designing all print collateral, and creating print, and digital campaigns. Competitions, open days, collaborations with auctioneers and antiques ambassadors were all publicised with direct mail pieces and newspaper advertorials, and were designed as part of marketing strategy to inform people about borrowing money responsibly, while measurably driving customers to the stores.
